# What you'll do
As a Product Team Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of our product development and technology initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
Product Information Gathering:
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for product enhancement.
Assist in conducting user interviews and surveys to understand user needs.
Assist in the training of internal and external users and stakeholders.
Product and Tech Support:
Provide direct support to the CTO in task organization.
Provide valuable support to the product and tech teams in various tasks and projects.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and contribute to problem-solving efforts.
Project Management Support:
Aid in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery of products and features.
Help maintain project documentation and update relevant stakeholders on project progress.
Support Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) organisation by actively participating in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
Contribute to backlog management, bug tracking, and prioritisation processes.
IT Service Desk (ITSD) Support:

Passion for Technology and Product Development: Demonstrated interest in the tech and product space, with a keen desire to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. It would be nice if you are able to communicate in spoken and written English as well as Spanish.
Detail-Oriented and Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive attitude towards problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
Team Player: Enjoy working collaboratively within a team, eager to contribute ideas and support colleagues.
Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of technology and software development concepts, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Project Management Interest: Interest in project management methodologies and willingness to support project execution and coordination.
You are currently enrolled in Business, Tourism, Product, Tech or related studies.
Possibility of signing an agreement with your university or school is a must.
